About This Template

The single-source-of-truth for your marketing campaigns. This template helps you keep track of your marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Plan ad campaigns, social media posts, blog posts and assign to responsible team members.

Campaign work moves from left to right with everybody on your team gaining visibility into where the content is in the process. The setup of this board also gives you a good bird's eye view and helps indicate if and where bottlenecks are in the process.

Using variables and custom fields, the template gives every assignment a unique number so you can reference them more easily in conversation. The card numbers are also displayed on the card face along with other information about the content.

Use the Focus Tab to show exactly what needs to be done at each step of the process. You can even include instructions on how to execute tasks and provide links to resources like standard operating procedures (SOP).

How to use this template

Card creation

  1. Create a card for an upcoming assignment in the campaign. Name the card by the assignment’s title (Webinar series, Facebook Ad, etc.).

  2. Complete the custom fields: Owner, Email Address, and Priority

  3. Use the 'Description' field for any additional details about the assignment.

  4. Assign the card to the appropriate team member.

Team Members

  1. When you are assigned work, it will start in the “Campaign Planning” step.

  2. When planning is complete, move the card to the “Implementation” step to automatically create the first set of sub tasks.

  3. Continue this process through the remaining steps.

  4. When the assignment is complete, move it to “Finished”.
