The Challenge

Finding a task management platorm with integrated process automation.

As founder and CEO of Elevate, a growing Amazon Sales agency, Emily Wilcox was looking for a way to help her company automate their task management process. The problem was, none of the solutions she tried were a good fit.

It felt like we were still trying to fit a square peg into a round hole with the solutions we were trying. It looked like we were going to have to use a task management software combined with this other software to get what we wanted. We didn’t want to do that.

Even tasks that should have been simple were problematic.

We couldn’t assign a task to a group, we had to assign it to a person. We had to assign it to the team leader, who would have to assign it to somebody on their team, which creates a bottleneck. You don’t want that.

Sorting out who was supposed to be doing what task manually, meant a lot of back and forth. This triggered another problem for Emily and her team.

There’s still all this back and forth communication. We were getting too many notification emails from our previous task management software. Most of them weren’t important and they were distracting us from our work. As a result, we started ignoring them.

Instead of making things easier for Emily and her team, their task management solution was creating work. It was resulting in important task notifications being missed. Emily knew they needed a better solution.

The Solution

Integrated automation and a personalized approach.

As soon as Emily found Rindle, she knew had found a solution that could meet all their needs.

It had all this cool stuff that you can do with automation. I felt like it could be a good solution for us.

Not only did Rindle look good on the website, when Emily booked a demo she found herself talking to one of the founders of the company, Brian Faust. It was a personalized touch that gave Emily the confidence to try Rindle.

When we realized that he was one of the cofounders and that he would be pretty hands-on and involved, we felt pretty confident that it was worth trying and that it was going to be a great fit.

The hands-on approach from one of the co-founders helped Emily and her team take full advantage of Rindle’s capabilities and even helped them refine their own workflow.

We knew the problems that we wanted to solve. The really cool thing about Brian being involved is that he was able to help us creatively figure out the best way to use automation and Rindle to solve our problems.
We ended up changing aspects of our workflow because of Rindle. It’s been really good!

Before implementing Rindle, there wasn’t a way for Emily to see the big picture in terms of how much work was being done and where it was in the workflow. Rindle makes that possible by Mirroring tasks.

Mirroring allowed us to have the work all assigned or attributable to a client or a brand, which is how we organize our tasks,” Emily explains. “All of those tasks are then mirrored to a creative group board. People can see all the creative group tasks in one spot.

The Results

Increased efficiency, a bird's eye view of everything, effortless, scalable, and meaningful notifications.

Rindle now helps Emily and her team remove inefficiencies from their processes. It’s give them a way to improve operational efficiency by 30%.

With Rindle, we removed a lot of bottlenecks. We now have a better system in place to understand workload and prioritization, which saves time. Best of all, it allows us to take on more business and make better operational decisions.

This perspective gives Emily a sense of whether they’re in a good position to take on more work or not.

From a growth perspective, having that system in place is really helpful. It helps us to know where we are slammed, where we have capacity, and where we’re able to bring on new business.

Best of all, Rindle doesn’t bombard Emily and her team with notifications.

When you get Rindle notifications, it’s actually helpful. It’s like, ‘Hey, this is something you need to pay attention to.’ Before we were just getting buried by emails and you had to ignore all of them to get any work done.

Rindle’s automation and task mirroring abilities allow Emily and her team to more efficiently handle the growth Elevate is experiencing.

The system that we have in place with Rindle has definitely helped us be more poised for growth.
